Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at support@dredam.shop if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at support@dredam.shop with your name and the email address used at checkout and we’ll resend it.
Can I place an order as a guest without creating an account?
Yes — guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and check out faster in the future.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size guide rather than going by your usual size, as fits vary by product.
What if the item doesn’t fit?
No problem — you can return any unworn, tagged item within 30 days for a refund or exchange. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. International orders take 5–14 business days depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and timelines are shown at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £50.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Email us at support@dredam.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions. Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed. Please allow a further 3–5 days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes — exchanges are available subject to stock. Follow the returns process and mention your preferred exchange item in your email.
Products
How do I care for my Dredam activewear?
All care instructions are included on the product label and on each product page. As a general rule: wash cold, avoid fabric softener on performance pieces, and hang dry where possible to extend the life of your garments.
Are the products true to size?
Most Dredam pieces run true to size. Where a style runs larger or smaller than usual, this is noted on the product page. We always recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
Yes — all transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
